Return & Cancellation Policy

At Polorizer Perfume, we carefully pack and check every order before dispatch. Due to the nature of fragrance products, all perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Returns & Replacements

• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or fragrance preference.
• Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return.
• Damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect products may be eligible for replacement.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video and clear product/package photos.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• After processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
• Polorizer Perfume reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, incorrect information, or security reasons.

Undelivered / Refused Orders

For refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed orders, applicable shipping or return charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
